After the first 6-month funding phase ends, you can apply for an extension — 9 additional months of €300 social-insurance allowance, also tax-free. We prepare your application correctly and accompany the process.
Eligibility for Phase 2
- Successful Phase 1 (first 6 months)
- Continued main self-employment
- Intensive business activity in the first 6 months — evidenced by revenue, contracts, pipeline
- Updated BWA / income-surplus statement
- Justification for continued viability

- Extension application (Agentur für Arbeit form)
- Activity record (e.g. invoice overview of the first 6 months)
- Updated revenue and cash-flow plan
- BWA / income-surplus statement
- If needed: supplementary expert opinion

Important deadline
The extension must be requested by the end of the 6th month of Phase 1 so funding continues without a gap. We recommend starting preparation no later than 4 weeks before Phase 1 ends.
