What is an expert opinion?

The fachkundige Stellungnahme (viability certificate) is a mandatory requirement for the Gründungszuschuss start-up grant and for the Einstiegsgeld benefit from the Jobcenter.

As a nationally recognised expert body under § 57(2) SGB III we assess your venture for economic viability, plausibility and sustainability.

What documents we need

Please email us:

• Your Arbeitsagentur customer number
• Business plan or description of the planned venture
• CV and qualification certificates
• Capital requirement & financing plan
• Revenue & profitability forecast
• If applicable: reason for the last business closure

To avoid rejection, your business model should generate at least €2,000 in monthly taxable profit by the 6th month — enough to cover your living costs.

If adjustments are necessary, you receive improvement suggestions at no extra charge.
